Most reasonable...of any florist...I have dealt with.I got a beautiful arrangement...with great detailn.
I blindly reached out to Bethany to order some flowers for a friend in the Temple area. I looked on the website, but wanted to make sure what I wanted to send was sent. I called the office and Bethany answered. She listened and knew exactly what I wanted. She sent me a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery along with my receipt. It was an awesome experience and she did a wonderful job.
When I placed an order months in advance for a white rose boutonnière I come in to pick it up the day of for it, for them to to say the white roses never came in but look at this other pretty flower we can use and before I could even get anything out, the lady freaks out. She insisted that I take the other “pretty little flower” for free because she didn’t want me to say anything bad about them. (which was never the plan. i’m not picky) The reaction was laughable. Like I said I couldn’t even respond before she assumed I would say something bad. I’m only complaining because of the way she handle it and throwing labels at customers. You would also think you’d notify your customers if a product never came in.
They did an outstanding job on an arrangement. I gave them free reign and was more than pleased.
