My dog had suffered from a snake bite this morning which left him swelling in his snout and neck, shaking, and just generally not acting like himself. When I called to see if I could bring him in the front desk clerk told me they were not able to get him in today. He also stated they were so busy they would end up working through lunch. I felt this was an emergency situation and was let down by our own veterinarian office. After calling around I was able to get him in right away at another local vet and they took great care of him all day! I won’t be returning to Four Paws.nnStates our account may have been deactivated but the one answering the phone never even asked our name. We have been there with other animals within the last few years as well.

They took very good care
I have been going to them for numerous years. I just had to recently put my pet down after 15 years, and though it was heartbreaking I reflect on the care this facility provided over the life of my pet. They have been professional, caring, supportive, and all around great throughout those years. I've never had a problem or issue I wasn't handled in a timely manner. Any questions that I had were always answered in a way that I understood. I can emphatically recommend for Paws Animal Hospital for your pet's care.
The service was on time and done safely, with veterinary staff coming outside to get our dog. Communication was done with staff coming outside, all wearing masks. They answered all questions to our satisfaction. A very positive experience.
