Dr Jamie is fantastic, she loves animals and treats my cat like a king. My cat rec’d excellent care.

Had an appointment for an allergy related issue as well as getting his annual heart-worm shot. Staff was fair in regards to friendliness. Their office cat was out walking freely and my dog was getting riled up so they kindly let us go into the other room. The vet (I think?) came in at the time of our appointment. She didn’t introduce herself to my knowledge. If she did I couldn’t hear as she was extremely soft spoken. Whoever it was wasn’t overly friendly. We received the heart-worm shot no issue as well as some allergy meds. She was a little rude when I asked about getting a prescription so I could order the meds online. Inside the exam room was pretty dirty, dried liquid down the old cabinets and didn’t seem the cleanest environment.nCheck out time- I didn’t receive any type of paperwork as to what I was being charged for. The lady just told me the bill. I asked for a list of the charges and was met with a confused look. She rattled off the services which still didn’t add up to the total even accounting for tax. Seemed extremely unprofessional and I’ve never been to a vet that didn’t provide any post visit paperwork. Especially when there’s a prescription involved. Probably will go somewhere else next time for the next round of allergy medicine. Did not seem interested in getting his historical vet information or gaining my dog as a new patient.

My cat came home bleeding so bad i had to change clothes twice!! I wouldn't trust them with an alley rat. Secretary was rude and cruel to my cat. WE WERE DOUBLR CHARGED, ALSO. My grand daughter heard daisy screaming in the back room. Ive never seen anything so heartless.

This place is amazing. They don't over charge and they are very nice and helpful.
