Nice items and nice prices. The customer service is extraordinary. I called them to deliver a flower for my girlfriend, and they made it.
I live in North Carolina and wanted to send flowers to my brother in law and family. Could not reach any shops in Valrico. None of the shops were answering the phone. The young lady who helped me at Jenny's was wonderful. She even help word the card for me. Delivery is today and she emailed me a picture of the finished flowers. Highly recommend them.
I love this shop and come here several times a month for flowers and plants. Alex and Julia are the most knowledgeable when it comes to every kind of plant and flower possible, and they have continued to help ensure all of my plant babies stay healthy. I would recommend Jenny's Flowers (and do quite often) to anyone looking for wedding flowers or any plant or floral specialty needs. Amazing customer service, they truly are the very best.
I went there for a corsage for my prom. Ngl the first result was quite disappointing due to the size of this corsage but after I yelled at them and gave them a hard time they added more flowers to it and it went from rather dull to being quite nice. I think my date enjoyed it very much and at the end of the day that's all that matters.
I LOVE JENNY'S! Wish Jenny's was closer to home, but every time I am in the Miami area I am sure to check them out and grab a bouquet or two for my kitchen. They light up our house and look so great. I love the choices and the people here are wonderful.
