I called on Monday and asked how much a tooth cleaning for my dog was. I was told $150 over the phone, but I would be required to have my dog come in for an $30 examination. I came in on Tuesday and had to transfer vets so that he can get his yearly shots there as well. My dog is 18lb chihuahua and had immaculate teeth. He does a little bit of tarter in his back molars which I wanted cleaned out. The first estimate, I was told $500. After I brought up that someone on the phone told me the tooth cleaning was $150 is why I decided to go with your vet clinic instead of staying at my other vet. She lowered the estimate to $350 with contingencies. If you are going to lie to people over the phone or can't train your staff properly, the price difference should not be 2-3 times as much. It is ridiculous. I would have stayed with my old vet instead of having to come to you. Ridiculous..

They are very good and patient with the animals. Their prices are very affordable and they are inside Rural King with lots of pet, livestock and people supplies. They have friendly staff too.

I love Dr. Banner at Country Critters! Pixel, my super sweet adventure cat must have eaten something she should not have (she likes to eat grass, but it is not a safe thing to do while at a public boat ramp or any public park. Apparently, all those times she looked like she was just marking the long blades of grass she must have been sneaking a taste of the shorter ones). As a result last night and this morning she was not feeling well. Country Critters was able to get us in first thing. Dr. Banner takes such good care of her and nervous me. He takes great care of all our cats and dogs. ud83eudd70
