They always take great care of both our dogs! My older dog isn't the friendliest but they always seem to work well with him and make him feel safe! My younger dog is a very excited girl and they always deal with/have fun with her craziness! Reasonably priced! Friendly staff! Great place to take the fur babies!
I love this clinic. Dr. Grant was so compassionate when I had to put my 14 yr cat down last year. He was thorough when explaining Stanley's conditions and my options. And just so kind. Now I take my two adopted kittens there for preventative care. What I love most about this clinic is they provide a lot of options, allowing me to make good decisions for my pets that fit in my budget. Some clinics seem like they are just trying to get you to spend more money but that is not the case at Payson Family Pet Hospital.
The amazing vets/staff at this hospital saved our cat’s life. We had just moved to the area, but based on his symptoms they got him in same day. They are very knowledgeable and gave us the costs upfront. They even gave us less expensive options if we desired during his treatment. We would highly recommend them to everyone, and we look forward to bringing all our pets here.
I’ve been coming to Payson Family for years now. They are THE BEST! I recently started seeing Dr. Cannon. She is very knowledgeable and attentive. She has a really caring nature and helped make my kitty Wally feel at ease during his examination. I highly recommend her. I’ve been to numerous doctors there and never been disappointed. Everyone is really kind and caring.
Had an issue with my dog. I called and they adjusted their schedule and got him in immediately. All staff is not only very caring and friendly, they are also very good at what they do. Excellent experience each time we have needed to go here. Highly recommend them for your pet care needs.
