I asked these people to get me a hand print and finger prints of my sister on several occasions. They told me they had a book so I could order jewelry with said prints. They cremated my sister without doing the prints and told me to contact the county jail for prints. In my time of grieving they took advantage. If there were an option for no stars that is what they would have gotten. Our loved ones are just money to them and they don't care at all. They are heartless and should be ashamed of themselves.
They did a wonderful job with my mom
