I am a Breeder of Doodles and absolutely trust West Mountain to provide quality, compassionate care to my mamas and puppies. I am impressed with everyone who works here from the receptionist, techs, groomer and Doctors. They are knowledgeable, kind and always take the time to answer my questions. I’ve been to many vets over the years and many here in the valley and the thing that stands out to me about West Mountain is their attitude toward clients. I don’t feel like I’m just another number to them to hurry and take care of so they can get on with their day. I really feel like we’re partners in providing the best care possible to these members of our family. I trust the Doctors here implicitly. I know Dr Evans and Dr Nelson are going to tell it to me straight and give the best medical care possible which is so, so important to have in a relationship with your veterinarian. It is especially important as a Breeder to know my puppies are being taken care of by the best. I wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else!
I would be very cautious financially going to this veterinarian hospital. I was referred by my sister who uses this vet for her two dogs and horses. I called several local vets also to get an idea how much it would cost for our kitten to be spayed. We got a quote over the phone for $180 total from West Mountain veterinarian. Which was $40 less than the average we called around to. Keep in mind we explained that she needed her vaccinations done over the phone. Well vaccinations came to $130. The morning of the surgery I questioned the bill. I was assured I wouldn't pay more than the $180 total. So I proceeded to have her surgery done. To my surprise the total came to $260. $80+ more than quoted. So when I questioned the bill again they responded that we never give quotes over the phone. This is the person whose been helping me from the beginning? What? Ok for one I hate being lied to. Twice. Once on the phone and another time before surgery. I will be taking my future pets elsewhere
The Dr's. Are very knowledgeable and experts in their field. They go above and beyond to make sure your animal is taken care of. Their prices are more than fair and would definitely recommend!
Great office with professional and friendly staff. I appreciate the technicians and vet being so compassionate with each of our cats! Thank you for your service. 🖤
