I recently adopted a puppy from a shelter who was sent home with antibiotics. However, I was provided no real explanation on her condition or with suggested follow up measures. I took her to Country Critters and was extremely pleased with the attentiveness of Dr. Shea. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and explained my pet’s diagnosis with detail and ease. Tyler was wonderful with retrieving our puppy and even asked if we had any additional questions or concerns for the vet upon the conclusion of our visit. Wonderful experience! Would highly recommend.
The service is fast and efficient. Christine is very helpful and her love animals shows with the care and attention that she gives to each one.
It was a very excellent experience they done a great job on my patches I would tell everyone about this place thank you so much .
I took my big boy in to get neutered on July 3rd. I was kinda concerned because I wasnt going to go in with him. But I am so pleased at how wonderfully kind and gentle they were. My boy Wolfie is pretty anxious about new people and new things and they had him so comfortable when I came to get him he didn't want to leave!!! We moved here in September last year and I have found my new vet!
Do not have phone set up with call waiting in the age of the 21st century.... Arrived for 1 o clock appointment at 12:50 and called like the locked door says to. The number goes straight to a voicemail. It is now 1:30 and still no one has come out to the designated area to check me in and the phone is still going straight to voicemail. The only reason there is 2 stars is because the employees are actually really nice. It doesn't make up for the unresponsiveness and lack of prompt communication though.nnEdit: The employees were great once I was finally taken care of. They actually reached out to me after my review to inform me that their phones are down and they're being worked on so I'm changing my review to 5 stars since if it weren't for the phone issue and the ~45 minute wait without a way to get ahold of them I would have given 5 stars.
