Love this place. Now with all the covid19 restrictions, my cats yearly check up was done in less then 10minutes. They picked her up and brought her back to the car. Love it! Always friendly staff and answered all off my questions.
I when in bluegrass animal care center to have my puppy stitch because puppy have huge cute on the right arm the following day the stitch they done opened up again. I called them if they can stitch it again they said it's fine for me not because the wound 1cm wide they leave it. For future costumer who want to go here don't go here its clearly they don't care about your pet they only care about how much money you'll spend. This it's a warning to people goin here in this clinic care only about your money not your pet...
I love our vet!!! Our Milo passed and they were incredibly thoughtful and patient with us as it was a hard decision to make... I cannot stress how much I love taking my animals here. They have been such a great help to all of my babies and have been seeing my dog her whole life, she is actually always excited to see them! I wouldn’t bring her anywhere else unless we had to. Much love to your team, we are sad that we will someday have to leave Kentucky.
I bring both my cats to them, they are very accommodating and helpful. I have a kitten my family found that was thrown out of a moving car and has a severely damaged eye that may need to be removed at a later date and they got her in right away and between this location and the Brandenburg location they have helped her tremendously and is on the road to recovery.
This is HANDS DOWN the BEST place to take your fur kids they are the most caring
