Caitlyn was not only very understanding but super helpful. She made my family feel very comfortable and she was a big help to make the process of this difficult occurrence very easy and smooth!nnThe Affordable in their name is VERY ACCURATE! Since our death was so abrupt and without any warnings at all, (just after the holidays), money was extremely tight! We are immensely appeased by the cremation cost but we were able to get an urn that is very respectable at an affordable fee.nnI would VERY HIGHLY suggest this service in the future! Death is inevitable, so if you couldn't plan ahead, this is an option, I can attest to, that is the BEST and most appropriate decision.nnWe were able to have him cremated with a letter and some pictures that will be with him for eternity! Alan was very thorough and compassionate during a very difficult time for our family. He took care of details quite thoroughly while being very patient as we gathered information that was needed by him and the state of Florida. Their price was great which was a big deal as the family members' death was quite unexpected. The only thing we hope they change is that his office does not have wheelchair access, but they are happy to arrange meetings in a different way if wheelchair access is a necessity.
CaitLin, I can't thank you enough for your kindness and professionalism through a very difficult time. You were always available when I had a question from start to finish.
