Needed four pizza's Thursday morning within 30 minutes for an on office function. Wish I had the names of the young lady who took my call and the gentleman who made the pizza's. I added a fifth pie after I got there. They did a fantastic job with preparation and getting me out the door. My co-worker had never been to HT. She was so impressed that she scheduled a date for her and her hubby to shop the store on Saturday!! A big thanks to the team working in the pizza area.
I like this specific location. It has ample parking although they are currently limited due to repairing the parking lot. The cashier was nice and welcoming. Only issue was that this older guy seemed to be following usud83eudd14. I couldn't tell if he worked for the store, but he ended up right near us 7 or 8 different times. Also by the time we were leaving out he seemed to be putting his items back.
Clean... Good location. (If you live at the end of aurora hills- I have 7 grocery stores about a mile from my place and I generally come here most) Good parking. Reasonably good service, reasonably good selection. Okay prices. I liked it better when it was open 24/7nnI'm not a fan of the clunky self-checkout system.
This store is so big and pretty on the inside. The customer service is extremely excellent, they help me find any items i’m looking for. The cashiers give a nice & fast checkout, especially Kansas. She’s very polite, she has great customer service, and she scanned the store’s VIC card for me because I had forgot to type in my alt ID.
Eric made an great sandwich and was very helpful when looking for someone to assist. Jerome corrected my pricing error very quickly when I couldn't get any assistance in self check out
