These people are the rudest most Inconsiderate people I’ve ever dealt with. I called and this girl told me she was going to review my order to give her a second... After being on hold for two hours she came back on the line and just hang up. It’s really sad to see how they treat their paying customers. Safe to say I’ll never purchase anything from here ever again !
Did an awesome last min arrangement for birthday
I ordered a wedding anniversary arrangement and picked it up this evening. Unfortunately, it was not correctly prepared, despite the clarity of the order. Yet Mimi came to the rescue and went straight to work to add more pieces of beautiful fruit and even a balloon to make up for the mistake. Customer satisfaction clearly matters to her! Thank you, Mimi, for all that you did!
Best Experience! I was very happy with my Dad arrangements! The Fruit was very fresh looked amazing! This is my second time I've ordered something but my first time in this location! Very friendly staff and I appreciate the accommodation for a last minute arrangement by the who I imagine is the store manager (Chocolate covered Strawberries) for my boyfriend dad (He loved it) I will be going back for other arrangements for my family!
