I had called not knowing nothing about them but a co worker to try them. I did. The guy who and and help me with what I wanted was super helpful and nice. After my boss receive her flower she was so happy. That's what make a flower place perfect. I thank you
Ordered 12 roses for Valentine's day for my wife to be delivered to the restaurant not 50 yards away from their business and this florist shop fail to deliver leaving my wife with no flowers for a holiday that only comes around once a year , went to ask the lady where my flowers where and her reply was ( I guess there still here) well they can keep them I will not do any kind of business with them again , plus it was the first time I have used them will not ever use them again. If this is the way they do business I don't know how in the hell they got a 5 star rating. She never mentioned on a refund for this gross neiglance so I'm waiting to see if they charge me for this or I will be seeing them again. PATHETIC.
They are first class all the way!! Excellent service and beautiful arrangements. We are very lucky to have them.
Flowers were not delivered for Valentines day. They offered no explanation. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed!
