Benny has always made beautiful arrangements for my mom and dads every year.
My friend ordered me flowers on june 11,2020 and paid $132. They were for the anniversary of my daughters passing and were to be delivered on the 25th of June. They never showed up. She has repeatedly called them over the last 2 months and they keep saying they are sorry it was an accident and they will refund her money yet never do! She even spoke with the manager again this last time and was promised it would go back on her card that day. She waited a week to make sure it wasn't being held up on the banks end, it wasn't.nnUpdate: Thankfully her money was finally refunded.
If I could give this place a -10 I would. I ordered two bouquets of flowers for two individuals and what they received was no where near what I ordered. They loved it, but for what I spent?....Nah....I paid extra for beautiful vases and everything....SO disappointed. Glad they liked them, but I'll never order and will continue to tell people to dodge this company foreverrrrr. :/ Bleh.. Suppose to be full and colorful like the first picture below..and the second is what they got.
