Our local flower shop is garbage just like the owner
Awhile back I checked Mason’s out online to have an arrangement sent to a funeral home. I called them after I found a good price for me. An older lady answered and had no idea what I was talking about this price online. She asked the owner and I heard him screaming in the background “I’m not giving it away!” and was awfully rude. It actually hurt my feelings because I was just asking about what I’d saw online & who knows, I could have been mistaken. After hearing him scream, I just hung up in horror. I called Judy’s Florist in New Tazewell and ordered a very nice arrangement with zero rudeness. I will NEVER ever do business with Mason’s again and I have lived here my entire life & been sent flowers from my fiancé from there. Bad customer service and plus I was dealing with a death. RUDE!
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. The flowers looked nothing like I ordered. The bear said baby like it was a romance. Ridiculous rip off!
Said they were open until 4:30 on Saturday but they were not.
