Lovely florist. Flowers are reasonably priced. They only send a confirmation email or receipt once and do not follow up anymore, which I do not like. You can easily forget to pick up flowers if you don’t set a reminder. Support black owned businesses.

I ordered some flowers for family in Richmond following a bereavement and they and I were very impressed with the beautiful bouquet delivered. I originally ordered flowers from a national chain masquerading as a local store but was able to cancel my order once I found out they were not a local business. I'm glad to support a black-owned business and highly recommend Pat's if you are looking for a quality florist.

The arrangement I picked online for my daughter's birthday looked even MORE AMAZING in person than it did in the photo. I was SHOCKED to receive a phone call from Ms. Pat that the specific balloon I wanted was not available and quickly was offered a more than acceptable resolution.nAfter years of working at the hospital and seeing BEAUTIFUL arrangements being delivered to patients from Pat's Florist, I finally utilized their services myself. I am more than impressed with the constant quality product I see come from them and now I'm a fan of the service as well.

Best florist in town. Beautiful arrangements. Never had a bad flower arrangement ever from this florist. They are very sweet and go beyond to make a person happy with their flowers. I highly recommend this florist. I don't use anyone else.

I live in NJ and use Pat’s Florist to send flowers to my niece in Richmond. I enjoy using local businesses. I must admit they did a beautiful job on my niece’s birthday bouquet and delivered it too! I spoke to Pat and she took time with me to decide on colors and design. It was a great experience!
