I ordered from Stranges Florist for my niece’s funeral after remembering them when I lived in the Richmond area 35 years ago. I ordered on Thanksgiving day for a delivery before 2:00. I was disappointed when arriving at the funeral home and not finding my flowers. I called and was told they were on the truck for delivery which was fine as long as they got delivered. They did arrive and they were absolutely gorgeous! I was extremely pleased as the arrangement was much larger and more vibrant than I expected. I will never order from another florist when I am in need in the Richmond area. I will have need as my entire large family lives here. Thank you Stranges.

So, I usually go to the Short Pump location which is phenomenal. Today, I decided to support my neighborhood Stranges and instantly regret it. Most of the plants were extremely dry, dead or had fungus issues. I was the only customer there and was never greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. It’s hard to believe this is the same Stranges that is in short pump.

Strange's Floral Department is top notch. Very friendly and professional service. I ordered a fall table arrangement with two candles. I specifically asked for certain flowers and they listened. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. And the price was reasonable. I will definitely use their service again.

Continue to amazed by the quality of the flowers and the dependability of the delivery. They saved Valentines Day by delivering roses early before ice storms shut the roads down! No wonder they’ve been around for so long!
