The Enchanted Florist

I bought my wife a bouquet for our anniversary. I know nothing about flowers but they were super helpful and made a beautiful display that I could take home to surprise my wife. The colors and the arrangement were beautiful.nnThey offered some sort of container to help transport and I definitely should have taken them up on the offer because I drove a massive bouquet home in between my legs because I didn't want it tipping over. It smelled very nice with my face nestled in the roses and other flowers.

I love this local florist! Their arrangements are beautiful and unique. On a number of occasions, they surprised me by being able to deliver on the very same day that I ordered. I will definitely be using them again.

Phenomenal customer experience. Melanie ensured everything was perfect for a very special military memorial service. Very nice touch with handwriting our message for the family. Incredibly helpful and expedited response for our needs- all while we were coordinating our plan from across the globe. Wow! Thank You guys!! The Best!

I picked up an arrangement today for a colleague and the flower arrangement was stunning. I called the day prior and they took my order over the phone. They were very friendly and designed exactly what I was envisioning. The inside of the shop is lovely and I will definitely use Enchanted Florist again.

This florist definitely needs to work on their communication skills. I am helping my friend research florists for her wedding, and quite frankly, after filling out the very long and detailed in ways that were really not relevant for a quote (didn't ask what kind of arrangements were needed, but did need to know all the venue information, who the wedding planner, and the photographer were), the manager, Jennifer, immediately told me that she could not provide more than some starting prices (including some of the things we needed but not all of them) and that my friend could contact her when she had a venue and knew what she wanted (venue was provided and what she wanted where never asked for). When I provided the information again, Jennifer, once again made it very clear that she was not willing to work with me and that it was probably not a good fit. As someone who has worked in the wedding industry, sometimes couples are busy and need someone else to help them out with the areas. In the end, I am really glad that I was able to see the true colors of this florist before my friend wasted time trying to work with her.
