Wonderful arrangement. I love Karin's and knew they were a perfect choice for sending flowers to friends. I haven't used them in years so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they provide a picture of the arrangement once they are ready for delivery. How amazing is that! Will be using them again. I picked up some of the most amazing roses from Karin’s Florist in Vienna. They truly have one-of-a-kind flowers that you simply cannot find elsewhere. Aside from the beautiful flowers, this is a family-owned and operated small business with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The flower arrangements on the website look very elegant and beautiful. The website is easy to search.nHowever, my order came out ugly. The florist picked the right flowers ( it's not the case of flowers shortage) but did a lousy job, he/she was absolutely careless in arranging the bouquet. I was very disappointed of my recent order with Karin's. With that money I spent I could have gotten a better flower arrangement somewhere else.

First time out of state customer. My aunt who knows gardens was thrilled with her arrangement. That means so much when you have to trust unknown businesses. Well done!
