This florist is absolutely unprofessional & the flowers they deliver is not what you pay for. Their customer service is terrible. They are unhelpful and they give you a 1-800 to go and solve your issues.nnThis is what I wrote for them... everyone should know this. Your customer service was absolutely unprofessional and I will make sure I will include that in my review. While helping me on the phone for sympathy flowers your associate put me on hold and was were ordering their lunch loudly as to what type of French fries she likes..... are you kidding me??nnThe flowers were wilted, I have pictures that I took on the same day of delivery. The water was cloudy & dirty and they were loosely packed! Documentation of photos doesn’t lie.
Amazing, thoughtful, and just decent people - used them for rose petals for my engagement, they were great to work with - ask for Nikenna!
I ordered flowers from Exotica for my mother’s birthday and they were absolutely gorgeous! The flowers were so fresh and vibrant. My mother got to enjoy them for close to 2 weeks. I will definitely recommend this florist to my friends and family and look forward to ordering again in the future!
