Love my Kroger ud83dude0d it's my go to shop for anything I might want need or crave. Love the rewards points system too!! Oh and if you like sushi, go here!!! The man who runs the sushi counter knows his stuff!!! I would for real bet his sushi against any restaurant in Lynchburg, I've tried them all and the sushi at this Kroger is better than any restaurant. The deli is also top tier!! What a joke of a management team. I go to return something my lady bought a week ago. I dont have the receipt it was washed in her Jean's. But the policy guide online clearly says without a receipt gets store credit. They told me that they have a new policy guide and showed me the new policy guide and it said the exact same thing the one online said that with no receipt you get store credit. And they didnt know what to say other than no.it did not make any sense at all. None what so ever. They treated me like I was a bad guy for trying to return something that my lady bought by mistake. They treated me really bad for no reason at all. It wasnt right
me and my wife absolutely love this kroger we will litterally pass other krogers just to head here the people are so friendly they help you out with every need and sometimes even offer recipes for meals that you may be cooking they dont just help you they go above and beyond.
American Owned number one. Everything is super fresh and on time on all fronts. Always someone near to help you. Very clean and extra safe. Great deals that puts Walmart in the trash by far. Very happy ud83dudc4dud83dude0eud83dudc4d
