Great place and staff very friendly and knowledgeable
My wife and I have gone here twice and both times we were so amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable the people were. We went the first time in the fall and found a tree we liked, bought it and the manager made sure we knew exactly how to plant, when to plant, and how to make sure it does well. This time the lady helped us pick out some foundation plants and made some suggestions for how best to use them, then we bought another tree and the manager again helped us out. They are so friendly and always willing to help out. Even though they are more than an hour from the house - this is where we will buy all of our plants and trees. Good service is hard to find and this place checks all the boxes - thank you!
We looked all over Lynchburg for a good Christmas tree, and couldn't find one that wasn't dry and imported from a place far away, like Maine. We are so happy we found the ones here at Rustic View! They are local trees, fresh, fairly priced and haven't lost their needles at all. So good! We will be back every year.
