A beautiful interpretation of the arrangement I wanted. My parents sent a picture and described it as spectacular. And, the delivery to Thaxton was surprisingly early. Thank you so much.

I received a beautiful arrangement from Fredericks Flowrs. The flowers were fresh & smelt amazing. The arrangement came in a white basket and consisted of white & pink roses with mauve daisies. It was lovely & completely unexpected! Made my day!!

My boyfriend sent me flowers all of them but 1 out of 4 different kinds were replaced and yes the website says they can use replacements however don’t replace all of them with greenery. For example carnations instead of roses. My advice is call the exact shop you order them from and make sure they have all of the flowers they need to make that arrangement when ordering online. My boyfriend and I were treated very poorly and we now need to take time out of our day to exchange the flowers needless to say the special moment has now turned into dreadful chore. The owner was immediately upset and even insulted my intelligence when I asked some specific questions about making it right with me. I have to make the drive and the hours didn’t work with my schedule since they’re only open for a few hours a day. Don’t expect an apology I honestly expected more out of our little town of Bedford.

DO NOT USE. the worst delivery service ever. they are not accomodating to their patrons schedules and have very limited delivery time options (which is not indicated in their ads).ad says open 9a-5p, but actually close at 1pm on weekdays. paid for delivery and ended up having to send someone there to pick them up after 3 days and the arrangement was obviously that old. flowers were wilted and dying. their response was to return them to their store. this is grossly inconvenient when you have just gotten home from the hospital. also recommended them to a relative from out of town who wanted to order flowers and i am embarrassed i gave them my endorsement.

My parents live in Bedford and whether it is Mother's Day or a birthday delivery Frederic's has been doing it right for years. I am happy since they deliver on-time and are reasonably priced. But best of all my mother is always beyond happy with the arrangements she receives. Highly recommended.
