I ordered a surprise for a close friend for her Birthday. They delivered the wrong item. I was told that they were going above and beyond by delivering the right item after I called to complain. When I asked to speak to the store manager she told me she was the store manager and hung up on me.--UPDATE--THE CORRECT ITEMS WERE NEVER DELIVERED DESPITE BEING PROMISED THEY WOULD BE--- This is the third time in 18 months they have in some form messed up an order for me. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!
Very nice Edible platters a little pricey
I love Edible Arrangements as a brand but this specific retail store has the worst customer service! Every time I come here the service is bad and for it to be the only one in this entire area you would think they would be better able to serve their customers on holidays. I’ve been to retail stores in several other cities and they all had better service as well as items available for purchase on the spot. I’ve placed orders here on non-holidays, showed up to pick up my order and still had to wait and deal with rude customer service! It’s ridiculous!!!
Bought a basket of fruit for my daughter’s birthday. She received a call asking when they could deliver; after a little mix up she decided to pick it up herself, since she worked very close by. She was delighted with it, and sent me a photo. It was very attractively presented. She told me the fruit was fresh, and sweet, and she was very happy with it, which made me happy( since she lives in another state, and I wanted her to have something special for her bday from me.
Poor customer service... I placed an order on july 17 for july 22 for my daughters birthday, it was never delivered...I didnt get a phone call email or anything. I tried to call and waited on hold for 30 minutes and could not get through. They could careless...
