An absolute delight! I highly recommend this florist. As a former floral designer I tend to notice certain things. I was impressed with the business, the way I was greeted, treated and helped were top notch. The flowers were top quality and clearly the designer knew her stuff. Very skilled and talented. This was my first visit there and I will definitely return.

Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service! I had a little snafu -- the flowers were supposed to be delivered on my mother's birthday but were delivered a week early. When I called the shop, the owner was immediately apologetic and did her best to rectify the situation. I will definitely order from Smith Mountain Lake Flowers again! Paula helped me over the phone with some excellent suggestions and they were able to deliver them down to my Grandmother's house on the lake on the same day. Paula suggested some orchids and they were beautiful and perfectly presented.
