They brought flowers for my 6 year old daughter after she broke her leg. The flowers were high quality and lasted a really long time and made her so happy. They forgot to bring a balloon with the flowers so they came again and brought her 5 balloons, chocolates, and a stuffed bunny (which is now her favorite stuffed animal). They also wrote her a note to say they were praying for her. Customer service is amazing.
I have ordered from this lovely company multiple times and have never been disappointed! I placed an order to be delivered a day before the flowers that I ordered would arrive. The thoughtful workers added a balloon, chocolates, and some extra roses free of charge to account for the timing delay. Wonderful and timely customer service! I won't be getting flowers anywhere else in the Lynchburg area.
Angelic Haven Florist is absolutely about quality and customer service. I decided at the last minute to send my daughter flowers for her birthday. A wonderful lady took my order at 2pm and just a few hours later, the most gorgeous vase full of vibrant flowers were delivered. Not only were they delivered promptly, but since my daughter wasn’t home to receive the package, the very kind gentleman who was delivering drove all the way to my daughter’s college to make sure she got her flowers. This is going above and beyond. I highly recommend Angelic Haven Florist and will definitely give them my business in the future! It really made a special Birthday for my daughter. The business name is so fitting and the blooms were of high quality! Thank you so much again!!
