They done a wonderful job on both my mom's and dad's funerals.
My mother passed away in March of last year during the night.. Browns came and picked her up from the hospital, no questions asked.. She looked just like herself, very natural looking.. Thank you to Mr. Brown and staff for all that you done...nnLevel 3 Guide
All of my maternal family has used Brown since they opened. Mr. Brown is the most professional, courteous, gentlemanly, accommodating Funeral Director and he is scrupulously particular about the staff he hires. Always grateful for all they do in our times of grief.
We’ve found it Jimmy...n...we’ve found where the funerals live.
While parts of their services were good, they are severely lacking in details and compassion. Yes, it's a business but they are dealing with the loss of a loved one, not a refrigerator or a kitchen sink. I was really surprised at their attitude when details/mistakes made and no act to make it right, not even an apology.
