Blue Heron Farm

Blue Heron completely exceeded any expectations I had for flowers at my wedding. We had Nina coming to set up flowers for the wedding day and due to last minute COVID changes, the location changed. Nina was more than willing to still provide and set up flowers at the new location which was so amazing. When I first went outside and saw the setup I was completely blown away, there are no words for it. The flowers on the alter and greenery at the tables was more gorgeous than I ever could have imagined in my mind. I couldn't stop starring at my bridal bouquet, I loved it so much I decided I needed to have it preserved. I could go on, but I highly recommend using Blue Heron for any of your florist needs, they are truly amazing!

I'm a flower person: I love flowers and do arrangements as a hobby, so I'm extremely picky and kind of a control freak; while simultaneously being committed to sourcing my flowers locally from a responsible grower; and also not having $10,000+ to spend on flowers. Blue Heron is the rare vendor that could manage to check every single one of my boxes. I had them do the bouquets and fiddlier items, but handled my own centerpieces. I told Nina I wanted bright, cheerful, garden-inspired, and textural, and she want to town: the pieces she provided were BEAUTIFUL. The bulk buckets were the perfect mix of colors and textures to complement everything else, and had thoughtfully-chosen varietals that could stand up to transportation and some wrangling. I was really nervous about trusting anyone with my flowers, but Blue Heron knocked it out of the park.

Blue Heron provided beautiful flowers for our wedding at a reasonable price. They were very flexible and able to accommodate several last minute changes requested by my mom since the wedding was in “shoulder season.” They were communicative throughout the process. Can’t recommend them enough!

We reached out to Blue Heron Farm with one month's notice after our wedding florist dropped out last minute, which threw us into a mini panic. Nina was immediately responsive and incredibly helpful in guiding us on how to do stunning DIY floral arrangements. When we ordered five buckets of wildflowers, we could have never imagined how stunning and unique the selection would have been! We couldn't believe how affordable the order was and were happy to support a local farm. We made our own bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, and decorated our greenery garland with the guidance of their super helpful informational packet.
