River Run Veterinary Hospital

The Vet was wonderful except I felt over charged... Never got the a list of what they were charging me for until I paid my almost $200 bill.. and I was charged for things I didn't know I was going to be charged for.. I'll know better for next time.

I took my cat to see River Run because he would not stop licking. I was at 2 other offices prior to bringing him here. Dr. Walters treated my cat with success. I give her 10/10 . I recommend anyone looking for a new veterinary office to try this place you will not be disappointed with Dr. Walters she is very knowledgeable.

Tried to schedule my dogs for vaccinations after my current vet suddenly closed and gave no advanced notice that she was doing so. The receptionist was so incredibly short with me you’d think I had tried to rob her. Refused to even set a tentative appointment without putting money down. I couldn’t give her my credit card info over the phone because I didn’t bring my wallet with me to work today and since I don’t get off until after they close I asked if I could email the payment info later which was also apparently unacceptable. I’ll be looking for a vet that cares about being kind to their prospective clients instead.

. Under new ownership of Dr. Jessica Walters. The clean an organized office had a welcoming presence. The knowledgable staff was kind & patient w/ my animals. No pressure sales. Very genuine. Reasonably priced for the area.

Been taking our pets here for 9 years, very good with our cats, I highly recommend this place. Thank you guys for everything
