Dr and staff are very friendly. My dogs anxiety was off the chart since it was her first visit. The staff was very patient with her. Estrella's comfort and well being was their top priority. The staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Dr. Calista is great, she's awesome. You could tell in her voice the love she has for animals. Dr. Calista didn't rush and took time to hear all of my concerns. I'm very impressed and appreciate Dr. Calista and her staff.

Infinity stars would not be enough for Calista. From the caring and qualified techs, vets, office staff ...literally every person I have had contact with at Calista were exceptional. They went above and beyond to caste for my fur baby and when the time for saying goodbye came, they were so thoughtful and supportive..even with the pandemic going on. Missy and I appreciate everything you did for us!!

I have got to say I was really stunned to get the bill. Way way way over priced! I was charged 40 bucks for an item that later found online for as little as 16.99 with free shipping and was not prescription only. I can appreciate that taking your pet to the vet can cost you but not put you into major debt for simple pet maintenance. I can't say I will or won't go back but I'm definitely looking for a more realistic option.

Last month I decided to rehab my 2 year old feral cat and bring her indoors. I dreaded making the appointment, due to the stigma normally associated with feral cats. However, Calista Animal Hospital treated my cat with the same care and concern as my purebred Burmese. Additionally, figuring out how to manage customers under Covid 19 is so difficult, but I have to congratulate everyone at CAH for the system they developed and the positive attitude of all involved. From intake to pickup, everyone involved in the greeting and treating process were stellar. Dr. Calista is a true cat person! She understands why I rescued a feral cat litter two years ago. She was a massive help to me back then. I'm thankful she supports my decision to bring this 2 year old inside. I will never worry again about calling CAH for help with her. My dog Sol hurt her ear so bad it blew up almost bursting with fluids. The doctors were able to get her in in this crazy time, thanks. Sole’s ear was drained twice and then surgery that went well. The looked like a cactus pad, we’re so that they helped and the prices are fair.
