First time customer. Ordered some flowers to be a delivered on my mother's birthday about a week ahead of time.nIncredibly, the flowers arrived at their destination the very next day, but not on the day they were supposed to be delivered.nnThe flowers were incredibly well received, and I sent a note over to Appleblossoms to let them know about the date mix up. I really wasn't looking for, or expecting, anything from them and just wanted to let them know in case there was an issue with the online form capturing information correctly or what have you.nBonnie called me within a couple of hours of my email to apologize profusely for the mix-up, and offered to put together another bunch of flowers to be delivered on the actual birthday.nnAbsolutely incredible customer service, and both sets of flowers were fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Appleblossoms again in the future, and neither should you!
My father passed recently and the services were held in Spencer. Appleblossoms and Betsy were so wonderful. She has a terrific eye and great attention to detail. The flowers were amazing.
I can't thank Bonnie at Appleblossoms enough. I call her and tell her what I am thinking I want, she ask me the budget, when and were to deliver them, then she puts it all together. Arriving on time and even better then I expected. She is good!!! Thanks Bonnie you are the best...
My father just passed away recently and we called Apple Blossoms for a casket cover-they said they were limited on flowers...my husband got a arrangement somewhere else...for the same amount of money. We get to the funeral home-Apple Blossoms flowers were AMAZING! The colors were bright and beautiful! The place where my hubby got an arrangement-was small and only 3 colors. For the price I paid Apple Blossoms not only did a amazing job but I am so pleased they have a new customer! And the lady i talked to-OMG! She was sweet as pie,very professional and pleasant! Thank you so much Apple Blossoms! If I could I'd give you 10 stars!
