Called them up cause i had a feeling my Roxy had a ear. Infection. They got me in with two days. Great service curbside. They pick up your dog from your car treat them bring them back. Staff works very hard with the extra work they do .I recommend them 100% thank you for your great service Roxy and I thank you.....
Doctor Jeff is so attentive and absolutely loves animals. My dog Scarlett has had continual issues with her skin and he always explains clearly the course of treatment and follows up to make sure she is improving. He treats her with care and true compassion. I would highly recommend them to care for your animal.
They are very compassionate and helpful while working with our senior dog. Who has been very challenging with her diabetes. The only thing I’m looking forward to changing is having to wait outside instead of being in the room with your animal. Sometimes you think of something that you forgot and you have to call up from parking lot, the phone is busy.
My cat had an emergency with her teeth and NRIAH helped immediately with the surgery. They kept me informed the entire time, they were very friendly and I had my fur baby back at home the same day. I am very grateful for their help. My fur baby was back to her normal, crazy self in no time. Thank you Ladies!!!
When my dog had a mysterious lump I was given an appointment that week. Staff were sincere, professional, nurturing and helpful. My dogs needs were met and it turned out to be just a fatty tumor. Thank God.
