They came out with an estimate we took some services off and the bill was about $60. More than what was shown. When I asked to see what they originally quoted me to show them they couldn’t produce it. If you want to be deceived go there. Also due to Covid they take the dog from the car upon returning they let the dog jump on my car door.nnActually there were 5 service taken off of the proposal and you are correct two injects were put back but those were already accounted for by me in determining the amount of the visit. The two immunizations were decided on when I reviewed the proposal not as an afterthought as you implied in hour rebuttal. I was at work when you called this unable to take your call. So the review remains unchanged. The prices were not in line with the proposed price.nThank you for your service. We will move on to a more transparent provider.

My first visit with my 7 year old kitty! Professional and kind and reasonably priced! Kitty's 3 year- vaccination went perfect! Making them my permanent vet here on out! Thank you everyone at Tender Heart!

Hands down the best vet I've brought my pup to full stop. I moved to Rhode Island over a year and a half ago and I have brought my little one in multiple times since. I never entertained the idea of going elsewhere.
