I live out of town and needed a floral arrangement for my aunt's funeral. It is a little unsettling to trust someone else to make a nice arrangement at a reasonable price. But I have to say the florists at Petals did an excellent job!!! I really appreciate it and will be sure to use them again!!!! Thank you very much!!!
I was recommended to them by a friend, and I was excited to help out a local business! I picked the highest price of that particular set up of Roses for Valentines Day! When my husband got his flowers, I had him take a picture of the roses and send them to me! I knew that it would be wrong! DONT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE! You don’t get what you see! I paid $170 for my roses, and what I got was something you would see everyday, nothing elegant looking as depicted on their website! The base was wrong, the flower arrangement was terrible! Then, they proceeded to say that I should be grateful that it wasn’t more expensive! I paid $170, so if you don’t like my money, then I will be HAPPY to take it back to 1-800-FLOWERS! At least I know I get what I pay for! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PETALS TO ANYONE WHO IS WANTING THAT WOW FACTOR IN THEIR PURCHASE!
Just had sister flowers delivered for her birthday. Pretty, nice chocolates, prompt delivery. Well worth it. Thank you. Will be using u in the future.
Great customer service
When I walk into Petal's Flowers & Gifts, the staff always makes me feel so welcomed. They are always ready to meet my needs, whether it be a floral bouquet or another gift selection. And wow, do they have some awesome things. I was amazed when I went in. They have something for everyone. There is no need for me to shop out of town with something like this right here at my fingertips. And supporting a local business is my greatest desire. Petal's Flowers & Gifts is definitely a five star shop.
