New Look Floral

forgot my balloon & bear. Bear they brought later was tiny, not even close to being worth almost $90.00.nFlowers were wilting. water was murky on 1st day. Definitely not premium size.. My Mother is more upset now, because this hurt me more..nTHE 2nd day over half the flowers were shriveled, it looked like they just added 2 roses to make it look better.nI never received a phone call from them to apologize for any of this. I had just gone through 3 weeks of illness and mental anguish over a medical malpractice incident. I am so depressed I can barely get out of bed,, and then i get something like this.nIt took numerous calls to tella flora.to get money back. .nThere is no way that they didn't know those flowers were bad. One look at the water you could tell they were bad. Thanks for upsetting me and making a bad month even worse!!!nYou should know that people getting flowers could be going through a really difficult time!!! I didn't need to deal with this!!!nYou could have at least called me. I ended up in the hospital after this. This gift was more stress, more stress makes my disease worse.nnThank you so much!!!!!

Received an awesome birthday arrangement and balloon ordered by an out-of-town friend. Couldn't be happier, beautiful!

Called at 2:30pm....and the owner was super sweet accommodated an out of town delivery and the recipient was thrilled by the beautiful bouquet when she called me at 5...she helped me put a smile on a very special friend face! Thank you

Ordered flowers for my mom who lives in Belgrade for mothers day. I wanted to support local businesses. The flowers that arrived were nice but it doesnt look like what I paid for at all in size of the arrangement and quality. I do understand that things are not in season and things need to be substituted but I still feel that more could have been done to enhance the overall look of the arrangement. I wish I could post pics. I opted for the 95$ deluxe version and it looks like the standard at best. Not happy, will not be using them again. I honestly hate leaving negative reviews (especially for local businesses) but i feel kind of ripped off.

This business is severely lacking in BASIC customer service. You are better off going to a place that will appreciate your business. If I could give zero stars, I would. I really don't like giving poor reviews, but feel the need to warn others.
