The care and attention from all the staff here is second to none. We have owned Golden Retrievers (currently have 6) for over 30 years and Burnt Fork, by far, is the best clinic we have had the pleasure of working with. They are extremely knowledgeable, all work together well to come up with treatment plans and are very compassionate. We would highly recommend them for your fur family member.

They are compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable From the veterinarians, to the techs and to the front office staff - professionals all. They are courteous and extremely helpful. I wouldn't trust the health care of my beloved pets to any other group of people.

The staff was very friendly, however the owners policy to not allow the owners into the appointment is unacceptable. I could understand and was prepared to wear a mask, but that is not sufficient. They do not allow you in the room. You have to stay out in your car. I have a new puppy. How do you charge someone over $200 for an appointment and shots and not be there to talk to them about what they are doing and about the dogs development. You wouldn’t take your kids to the doctor and not accompany them. Why in the world would you not let the owner into the examination room? Completely unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere. The owners are taking this Covid thing too far.
