Absolutely amazing customer service! I live in Florida and had flowers delivered to an old friend who's husband had just passed away. I had given the wrong address and the person delivering the flowers drove around to neighbors houses asking if they knew her and also happened to drive by a funeral and they took the liberty to stop in and checked to see if it was my friends husbands funeral and it was! they got the flowers to her and I am so thankful. Thank you Kirby's Flowers. You all are amazing!!!

Thank you Lisa for your putting you special touch on the living plant with tulips I ordered last week. I asked for Wow and you delivered. Everyone was asking where the flowers came from and remarked on how beautiful they were. The family also wanted you to know how much they appreciated them.
