I ordered flowers through an online shop which misled you to think they were local. Not Dellart's problem, but Dellart doesn't seem to be interested in customer service. I chose something bright and cheery with yellow and purple along with red roses in a vase for someone I love. Dellart filled the order for the online service. She sent me a photo. It wasn't bright and cheery. The only thing similar to the choice I made was the red roses. It was more a Christmas arrangement not a vase with red roses and white flowers and a lot of green. It was similar in $ value but not what I ordered. I thought they probably sent the oldest arrangement in the cooler. My sister who has been a florist for 30 yrs said they probably didn't even look at the desired order just the $ amount and sent something in that price range. I emailed to let them know I was disappointed. They didn't bother to respond. They did add chocolates which was nice. That is why they got 2 stars instead of 1.

I ordered a bouquet of balloons for my daughters 3rd birthday! There was a bit of mix up with the delivery but the ladies at Dellart went above and beyond to make it right. One of the ladies I talked to made sure that the balloons were delivered to my daughter before they closed, included extra balloons, candy and a bear. She was the happiest 3 year old on the planet. Thank you so much Dellart for making my daughters day special!

They are wonderful. We live out of state and have Dellart take care of delivery to the cemetery on Memorial Day. A friend sent me a picture of the arrangements and they were FANTASTIC. So nice to be able to trust a florist when we live out of state!
