Three Forks Floral

I was referred to Three Forks Floral. Being from out of town, I had no idea who to call for this special request. I needed a very special arrangement to be delivered to my future daughter-in-law! And Mo came up with the most spectacular arrangement! Very personalized, colorful and perfect! What an artist Mo is! I can't thank her enough!

We ordered flowers to be delivered to our daughter. When the flowers arrived they were not the quality we expected. The flower arrangement didn't show a lot of skill and to our surprise included fake flowers. When we called the shop this morning to express our dissatisfaction and disappointment the woman who answered the phone became defensive. We asked to have the arrangement replaced. She told me because we ordered for a Saturday delivery she basically had to make due with what she had, stating she was out of the blue flowers, so she used fake so she could get them out. I inquired why she didn't call us so we could order something else, no response to that question. We were shocked by her lack of concern and customer service. As a family we have ordered from them for years, including an entire family funeral, don't think we will return. So shocked to have her act defensively versus attempting to make it right. We never expect to have fake flowers coming out of a flower shop, especially when we ordered fresh flowers. Couldn't another fresh flower be substituted?
