Online ordering for a friend from out of state was fast and very easy; only complaint is that communication was lacking about what was actually happening with the order. I was under the impression that they would just leave the order if the person wasn’t there, but apparently they only do that after several times of trying to deliver if the person is not there. My friend didn’t get his order until the next day which wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish those things would have been communicated with me.
Great customer service! Got flowers delivered for us just an hour and a half after we called.... (it was already after 3:30pm when we called and they got them there by 5pm.) LOVE how well Lee's takes care of their community!
I've paid and they did not send the flowers. They sent a refund email, btu there was no refund. I've emailed 3 times.nThe email listed on the website bounces back as an error and I haven't been able to reach them on the phone.nIf you exist and this isn't a scam site, please contact about order #9168
