Very disappointed with this place. not sure if because of pandemic or what. Flowers that were supposed to be sent were never delivered. Has been a nightmare trying to contact them. Stopped by and no one ever there. Tried calling numerous times no answer. Sent e mail and still nothing. Going to report to BBB if no one returns calls or helps! Guess i should have read the reviews beforehand..

Paid in advance for tables and chairs. After waiting 3 hours past delivery time we tried calling. No luck. Knocked on door no luck. Went to alley to ask what was up. They got angry and said they will just cancel our order. I had to eat and persuade them to please not ruin Our party. Reminded me of the soup Nazi from Seinfeld. Will not.do business here again

I just wanted to take the time to say thanks for the awesome service Rainbow flowers has always provided my family. I recently had ordered flowers for my wife, just one of those just because days. The perfect group of flowers with a box of chocolates arrived on time to my lovely wife at the Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center. The ladies in the area thought the flowers were so beautiful, and they were. My wife brought the box of chocolates home that evening to share with me. later we opened the chocolates to find they were melted.nI contacted Rainbow flowers to let them know of the possible problem, I thought that possible the delivery person had too man deliveries and that the chocolates had been subjected to the heat and melted. I was informed by the person on the phone that she had personally delivered the flowers to my wife and it was her only delivery that morning. I suggested that she inspect her chocolate shipment if she still had some at the store. I requested no refund, I just wanted to let them know they may possibly have an issue.nToday without notice or expectation my wife received a beautiful arrangement of flowers and another box of chocolates from Rainbow flowers. A nice card was attached stating they were sorry about the candy being melted.nThis type of service is Astonishing to me. A small family owned business going above and beyond to support the local clients. My hat is off to Rainbow flowers for impeccable customer service values. Still a loyal customer, William Perry Allison.

Very great Flower shop great customer service I live in Houston Texas i order flowers from them more than once and I will keep ordering them thanks !!!!!!

Today is June 21st I have tried calling over a handful of times since they supposedly opened and still no one has answered the phone. I could have driven to valley and back by now.
