My fiancé and I have been working with Melanie for a couple months in preparation for our wedding next summer. Unfortunately, due to the on-going public health crisis, we have to do some rescheduling for our wedding. Melanie has been so great to work with; readily available to field our questions and knows what it takes to create a special atmosphere for our wedding day. We can't wait to recommend her to our friends in Colorado!
My fiance and I were really looking forward to working with Melanie. She came down to Denver and met with us for a few hours and really got to know us and our vision for our day. Unfortunately, our wedding venue cancelled on us and Woodstem was so responsive and easy to work with when it came to cancelling. I am truly sad to not get to work with WoodStem and highly recommend this vendor!
Melanie went above and beyond to help us out on our wedding day when the centerpieces that my mom had ordered fell through. Our bouquets, corsages and boutonnières from her all turned out absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend her!
Melanie from WoodStem Floral & Décor was absolutely amazing! We had a quick phone call where I did my best to communicate my vision and Melanie got it immediately. Any changes that I had we did over email very quickly. She was very responsive and helpful at making additions and changes. The bouquets all turned out absolutely gorgeous as did the wedding arbor. I would hire Melanie again in an instant and will absolutely recommend her to anyone in the area.
Melanie was really bad at responding and following up. I had inquired about her wedding planning and floral services and sent multiple emails and phone calls with no response. For having a business based on details and organization, I was pretty disappointed.
