Called from out of town to place an order for a family member. They were so friendly and helpful on the phone. I got to see a picture of the arrangement (from the family member) and they did such an amazing job on the flowers.

So sweet and caring, she helped me with a hard time and sent a beautiful bouquet to our daughter on very short notice! Thank you!

The last photo is the beautiful arrangement they delivered today. I truly appreciate it!nnUpdated Review:nI initially gave a 5-star review, but changed it to 2 stars. I’m very disappointed with the arrangement I paid for vs what was delivered to my mother. The first photo is what was delivered and the second photo is what I paid for (the deluxe version). I understand substitutions need to be made sometimes, but this is unacceptable. I reached out to customer service (via email) about the issue and haven’t received a response. I will not use Vernal Floral in the future.nnPrevious Review:nI had flowers sent to my grandma for mother's day. I've never used Vernal Floral before, but decided to give the local company a try (and I'm glad I did). The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. They even called her before hand to make sure she was home when they delivered them. I will definitely use Vernal Floral again in the future.

My fiance sent these to me for valentines day. I never received them they had to go deliver them to him. This is two days later after he told me what they cost I felt I had to write a review very very disappointed.nnThank you! for correcting the issue. The new flowers are beautiful and alive.
