Tri State Animal Clinic

I’ve brought both of my dogs to this location for emergency services, mainly bc it was closest location to my home. The staff here are all very nice and my pets were well taken care of. I lost a pet during his stay here one time but i was aware that there was a small chance of survival and they called to follow up and sent a letter and card and were very thoughtful. My two dogs who have recently received emergency care here came home in better condition than when they arrived and the clinic called to follow up and check on our dogs each time and asked if we had any questions. The only thing I didn’t like was when we arrived this last time my dog had been shot by an arrow and was in extreme pain when we tried to move her and i felt like it took too long for someone to come out and assist in getting her in for care. The girl stood there holding the door open rather than bringing a cart for her so we had to request one but they were very nice and luckily my dog survived being shot by an arrow ! The only other negative thing I can think of are the prices it’s cost us $1000 each time we’ve had an emergency and had to bring our pets in, and we’ve never been offered a payment plan. Not very many people have to unexpected money like that to spend on their animals. I understand that emergency vet care isn’t cheap I just wish they had some kind of payment option. No other complaints though, great staff, happy pets and they always follow up with me when I bring my pet home.

They care about animals first here. They have treated us like family for 16 years. Love this place , the doctor and the whole staff.

Best veterinarian in the state, he is caring, explains things in easy to understand terms and is wonderful with all kinds of animals and very affordable.

Very good and takes his time with your pet.

Very nice and considerate. And not very costly either.
