They are so friendly and I love how sweet and caring they are to my fur baby. Also I like the way they called to check on my fur baby the next day after surgery to make sure she was alright. It shows that they truly do care about are fur babies and that was above and beyond their duties they certainly didn't have to call but I'm sure glad they did. Also their very reasonable with their prices.

Very caring people. They are always friendly and you can tell the staff loves what they do.nNot the best at answering the phone but always respond with call back or text (if you choose that option).

No words can be used to really describe how amazing the people employed here are. I recommend every pet owner to bring their pet here you wont regret it the staff are made up of dedicated and beautiful animal lovers. So caring and willing to go the extra mile for your pet.

Excellent vet clinic. Wish I could find a human doctor this good.nnKitten came in for neutering and they did a great job. Will be returning for future visits.

I had a couple of good experiences taking my dogs here in the beginning. I thought the doctor was great. I’m very disappointed that the last 2 times I called to get my dog seen, have been disappointing. Last year my dog had an ear infection and I was given the number of another hospital that could help me. I understand they couldn’t see him, which is fine.nnLast week my dog had a severe ear infection for about a week. I called B&R and explained I needed him to be checked out. She said her only appointment was in almost 2 weeks. Come on, 2 weeks??? I know businesses have cancellations all the time or the ability to make exceptions. I was given 2 phone numbers for an alternate hospital. I called the first one and went through a phone tree. I was never able to speak to a human. I ended up taking my dog to his old vet in Contra Costa County. They advised me my dog was behind on 3 of his shots. I understand it is my responsibility to get the shots on time. However, most businesses will send you an email or post card notification reminding you of needed care. I think that whoever is running this business needs to reevaluate how the office workers are steering customers away. I would love to support this business but I’m just not too happy about the last incidents.
