Our sweet Frenchie girl had to have an emergency c-section. The entire staff was so amazing and helpful. The second we arrived, they brought her right in and took such wonderful care for her. Mom a 5 pups are doing great! Thank you so much to each and every one of the staff.

What is the phone number I can call to schedule an appointment because the one they have on their website isn’t working.

They used to be great. Now they don’t honor appointments and schedule several animals for the same time so you can expect to wait in the dirt parking lot for at least a 45 minutes and you’ll be really lucky if they answer the phone in the afternoon because you can’t leave a message on their full mailbox. I’m taking my hound elsewhere

We had an appointment for 1:30 for neutering. Arrived 15 minutes early. Turns out they filed for us to get an exam instead for some reason and by 1:55 they STILL had not called us. We asked and they said they’d check where we are on the waitlist. What’s the point of making an appointment if we’ll still have to wait way past our time. Decided to cancel and leave. Terrible.
