I went to shop and ordered flowers for a funeral. The staff was very nice, helpful and patient in my selection. The flowers they delivered were just beautiful!! Many people commented on what a gorgeous arrangement it was. And to top it off, it was done at such a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this shop.
I ordered flowers from a nationally recognized florist for a funeral. On the day the flowers were to be delivered at the funeral, I got a notification that they would not be delivered until two days after the funeral. I called Hirzel and asked if they could deliver to the funeral home within the hour. They agreed! This is why you should always choose local and especially Hirzel. They saved me and it is so very appreciated. The planter they delivered was beautiful and so very healthy. I am so pleased. Thank you Hirzel!
Great staff. Long lasting flowers from contemporary to traditional. Birthday, get well, weddings, planters, plants, funeral and all occasions. They carry many gift items such as afghans, wind chimes, novelty containers and chocolates and stuffed animals.
I am extremely disappointed in this company and the arrangement I ordered to be sent to my grandma for her birthday. The flowers (with the except of a few) were dead and brown and smelled liked cigarettes. The water was green and leaves were already dropping. It truly looked like the flowers were recycled from last week. UNACCEPTABLE that these “floralists” think this was worth the $60 I spent and ok to send to a customer!! I will never use them again and will make sure my friends and family don’t either. Their website is very misleading and you do not get the arrangement you ordered. I will be calling for a full refund. See the attached photos for what I ordered vs what I received.
The best kept secret of the East side. Hirzel's always have some of the most beautiful arrangements for a very reasonable price. My family has used them for many years and most recently for a family members's funeral. They created a gorgeous casket spray.
