I recommend calling to ensure that the variety of flowers and the scale (good/better/best) of the arrangement is available and as close as possible to as what is pictured on their website. Ordering the “best” and being delivered what I would consider a little less than the “good” didn’t meet my expectations, and I didn’t think it would be exact, but it was not at all near the volume or variety of what was depicted as the “best” arrangement. Brought it to their attention and they tried to make it right.

Probably good as a florist, but this is not a greenhouse/nursery to buy potted plants apparently. I went here in August to get a big pot of flowers for my porch. Went into a dark store (despite the Open sign) browsed a greenhouse full of dead plants, then rang the bell at the desk over five times without anyone coming to see what I would like. Shouted “Hello” because I could see someone arranging flowers in the back—still nothing! Very odd and frustrating experience.
Fabulous service and arrangements - helped make my mother-in-law's birthday dinner a huge success. Thank you, Port Clinton Otto & Urban!!
