I called today to have flowers sent to my mother in law (same day) and asked how much, the gentleman on the phone was so kind and helped me with getting something that my husband and I could afford and delivered them today even though I called around 2:30. The flowers were better than I hoped! Thank you for your help!

The flower delivery was very nice and the initial communication was great. I called today to thank him for the delivery and tell them that I heard the flowers were very nice; however, when I politely also requested a simple receipt, I was told that it is an inconvenience and takes a lot of extra time. He emphasized that I did not supply him with an email address when I first called. Nor did he ask but that was neither here nor there, but either way I need a receipt for my corporate office. He went on to ask me if he could ask me a question. I said sure, and he asked me what I did years ago when they couldn't give a receipt. The last time I checked anyone that purchases something from someone, let alone a business is entitled to a receipt. I apologized for inconveniencing him, have not received the receipt, and will not be using them in the future. He was very unprofessional and rude for no reason.

My wife and I stopped in to buy flowers for my Mother-in-law's funeral. We're looking for a nice planter with live flowers on behalf of our church. Tony helped us pick out a planter and even added a few cut carnations (both my wife and my Mother-in-law's favorite). We picked up the finished planter the next day and we're extremely pleased with it.nnMy wife and I are from Northeastern Ohio and staying with my Father-in-law in Dry Ridge. When we asked about someplace local where we could get flowers, he recommended Ivy Leaf Florist without hesitation.
